Rachael commented on her accolade: "I am delighted with the award, we had a great season. It has definitely given me confidence, but I don't really think about the individual awards we certainly had a great team this year.
"This season has been great preparation for coming to GB camp, it was very competitive. We finished in March which gave me time to get ready and prepare and do some individual sessions too ahead of time which helped."
