Devon Van Oostrum top scored with 27 points, while Nick Lewis had 17 and Rowell Graham added 19 points and 12 rebounds. In GB's second game they won another tough physical game, 77-63.
Leichner was pleased with how the team had prepared for the match up: "The team did a good job preparing and listening. We did a much better job defensively holding a very good team to 63 points."
Leichner added: "It was great preparation here in Finland as we get ready for the Europeans, we are now looking forward to two tough games in Portugal."
Van Oostrum top scored again with 21 points, followed by Don with 12 points and 10 rebounds while Graham contributed 10 points and 11 rebounds. Joe Hart also added nine points for GB.
The GB under-20 men now travel to Portugal where they will play two games against Portugal and Hungary. They will then travel back to the UK where they face the Netherlands twice.
