Great Britain are top of the Group after beating Portugal this past weekend and are looking to cement their status by doing a double in this window and a double over their rivals.
"Israel is just another game for us," insisted Fagbenle, who knows Israel will be highly motivated after a heart-breaking overtime loss in Manchester last November.
"We beat them at home and so we know it will be a challenge, but we have all the talents we need to win this game.
"We go into every game thinking that we can win, because we know we can."
The team showed a lot of resolve against Portugal last Saturday, digging themselves out of an early hole and dealing with some serious foul trouble to eventually get a precious road victory.
"Every win is definitely important to us," reiterated Fagbenle.
"We are a strong team and we believe in each other. We were down by more than 12 at one point and stuck together to show that.
"We knew it was a marathon and not a sprint in the game against Portugal.
"It was hard fought from both sides as Portugal are a scrappy team, but then we are scrappy too. However, it was fun and a full on team effort."
Fagbenle will also be a useful asset off the court in preparation for the game, since she is a team-mate at CCC Polkowice with Israel's marquee star Alysha Clark, who is in scintillating form for Israel.
The game will tip-off on Wednesday at 18.30 (UK Time) and you can follow the game via FIBA live updates and by checking out #EuroBasketWomen and #BritishBasketball across social channels.
